    Devised new product positioning and verbal direction for the cosmetic brand’s complexion category. Delivered 12 messaging concepts along example copy across all content touchpoints (campaigns, email, social, etc) for each.


    Worked to optimize the sports media company’s slate of newsletters and longterm growth strategy.

  • Parallel

    Act as ongoing content strategy advisor for Parallel, a creative venture studio that focuses on early stage funding and talent partnerships for brands in the health and wellness space. Developed, launched, and oversee production for the free newsletter Prism. Learn more about it here and here.

    Conceived the brand’s full verbal identity including the manifesto, core values, tag lines, product names and descriptions, etc. Provided oversight on content direction for the blog and website glossary.

  • Magnolia

    Developed and codified voice and tone guidelines across all Magnolia brands including Magnolia Network, the brick-and-mortar stores, the home collection, and the magazine.

  • Spotify

    Acted as editor-in-chief for a zine series for Co.Lab, Spotify’s event program for artists. Hired freelancers, assigned and edited stories, and provided general oversight and support.

  • SearchBar

    Conceived and developed an online magazine for the shopping search engine. Provided strategy, concept, verbal identity, and creative. Collaborated with the design director on visuals and UX/UI design. Recruited and onboarded editor-in-chief and freelancers.
